 chore(renovate): extend the shared preset (#3) 
Every brzzdev repo carried its own copy of `config:recommended` plus
`dependencyDashboard: false`, and fourteen of them repeated the same
Point-Free grouping verbatim. Changing that policy meant a PR per repo.

The rules now live in
[brzzdev/renovate-config](https://github.com/brzzdev/renovate-config).

This repo extends the base preset — same `config:recommended`, same
dashboard setting. The resolved config is identical to what it replaces,
so no Renovate behaviour changes here.
