 chore(renovate): extend the shared brzzdev config (#3) 
## Summary

This repo still extended Renovate's default instead of the shared
brzzdev baseline.

`:automerge` is deliberately not extended: this repo has no CI, and the
preset says a repo without a real test job must not extend it.

## Evidence

- **Before:** Renovate keeps the Dependency Dashboard issue (#2) open,
restating the PR list.
**After:** the preset turns the dashboard off, so Renovate closes #2 on
its next run.
- `renovate-config-validator renovate.json` → `Config validated
successfully`

## Merge Danger

**Door:** two-way

Reverting the line restores the old config.

**Blast Radius:** tooling

Only Renovate's behaviour changes. No code or build is touched.

Brzz Theme

A dark color theme for JetBrains, TaskPaper, VS Code, and Xcode.

Heavily inspired by John Sundell's Xcode Theme.
